Coastes @ Siloso Beach Sentosa

After 2 jam-packed months, I'm slowly getting my life back in order! I spent the last 3 weeks enjoying the year-end-holiday with my family and friends, cleaning/clearing up my house and getting my thoughts in place. And now, it's finally time for me to catch up on my blog!

Last Nov, we celebrated Daddy's birthday. After checking in to Rasa Sentosa Resort early afternoon, we hit the beach and pool then napped before venturing out for dinner and some fun. Through to a very helpful friend (Thanks J!), we were treated with a sumptuous dinner at Coastes and lots of fun around Sentosa.

Having awarded "Certification of Excellence in 2014 by Tripadvisor" and "Recommmended Favourite Restaurant (Casual) by Expat Living Reader Awards 2015", Coastes is certainly a place not to be missed if you are along the Sentosa Beach.

Indeed, there are lots to love about this place.

The place is spacious and you can choose to dine indoor or alfresco (on planks or beach) by the sea. There are even sun bed and deck chairs. There are prams and pets around, perfectly entertaining for toddlers. We always love to dine with a scenery and so we chose to dine outside on the planks!

The rustic coastal theme makes us feel so relaxed and close to nature!

There are a variety of Italian food and some Asian food! Pasta, seafood, salad and sandwiches!

Did you spot anything you like? I would love to try their breakfast someday!

And complete the meals with some nice drinks!

We don't take alcohol so it's watermelon juice for Hubby...

and Peachy Beachy for Emma me!

Emma couldn't resist and stole a cherry!

It's a sweet and refreshing! I love it!

As the sun sets, the whole place gets more romantic yet not too up tight for a toddler.

We enjoyed a big seafood platter as recommended by the staff.

I love their mussels and clams!

Linguine seafood, they are really generous with their portions!

Along with garlic bread and chicken wings!

We were so full but just got to end off the dinner with a chocolate brownie (must-try!),

a birthday song and cheers for the birthday boy!

It was a delightful and hearty celebration for our family! Thank you Coastes!

It's probably hard to find another nice place by the beach like Coastes in Singapore. The food is good, in generous portion and value for money. The staff are friendly and has great service. Keep up the good job! I hope to visit again for breakfast and get to soak in the sun, sands and sea!

After the dinner, we went for our new favourite family activity, Luge - which is just next opposite! Emma must be one of the youngest to conquer the skytrain and luge ride. Read more about sentosa luge here.
