Developed our Mauritius photos taken by the waterproof camera last Tues & finally got it scanned & ready for posting.


Taken when we were up in the sky doing parasailing! Kind of hard to control, but thank goodness still can see both of our faces.

Lord, I give thanks for your wonderful guidance over the years. Give thanks for the wedding day itself, and thank you for all the family, relatives, friends that you have placed in our life. Our wedding wouldn't be complete without all of them.

For the years ahead, let both of us continue to walk closely with you, trust you more and honor you as a couple. Let us love each other more each day, understand each other better and help each other to grow deeper in you. Pray for wisdom and kindness in our marriage.

For almost every year, I'd be most looking forward to the start of new year.

It gives motivation to start everything refresh and work towards a better year, a better me.

But this year seems like my new start will be starting slightly later...

That is, a new & exciting journey with my hubby to be.

Meanwhile, I'm praying & trying my very best to get ready for all that to come. :)

Will be receiving them in one months time. *Grins*

Lord, thank you that we didn't have much difficulties to decide on which to get. =) Am really looking forward to the day when we exchange our vows and wear on these rings. These rings not just signify that we are married, but they also symbolise our endless love. Just as how the rings are without any ending, I pray that our love will continue on & on...

Lord, please continue to guide us in our relationship & marriage (to come).

Our Big Day !!

Saw this on my colleague's wedding blog.. Cute!! So I got one for us too.. =D

Our Wedding is on 6 Feb 2010, will start to call and send out invites in 1 or 2 months time. Meanwhile please reserve that day ok? =P Thanks!!!

Happy 44th Month!!!

4 more months to our BIG DAY.. I think I'm getting more & more excited each day.
Though there are more things to complete as the day is nearer, I am really looking forward to that very day.

Had dinner at Dear's house earlier and hid this card in his room secretly. He is such a smartie; found this card pretty fast.

Thank you Lord for these precious 44 months! Thank you for the many blessings that you have showered on us. I pray that we'll continue to love each other, appreciate each other and work hard for our future. In Jesus Name. Amen.

AD Wedding Photographer & Videographer

=) 2 more strike-offs from our to do list !!
Met up our photographer few hours ago to pay the deposit for our AD photography and videography.

Saw their work last Mon and were quite satisfied with them. Hence after not too much discussion, we decided to engage both of them.

Initial plan was just to engage 1 photographer and get my church friend, JJ, to be the videographer. But after much consideration, I thought of spending a little more to further capture our special moment.

Both of them have been partnering as a team and I believe that they would have good chemistry during their photo/video-shooting.

Counting Down: 4 more months...

We spent almost 5 hours last sat at the GHA to choose the photos, frames, album type etc.


Dear Dear & I had a very hard time choosing which photos to select. We took more than 30 mins to decide on which material for the album.

It's funny to see how we argue & compromise. =P But thankfully, we made our way through the process.


I give thanks that we managed not to exceed our 'given no of photos'. Glad that the photos turn out well, though they can be better. =P Hopefully album will be much nicer after all the touch-up, design & layout are out. But that would take another 3 long months time.


Meanwhile. PATIENT

... my heart is pumping much faster now

After 3 weeks of long waiting, we can finally get to see our photos (in another 20 mins time)!
Am very very excited now especially after seeing 2 of my colleagues wedding photos recently. Their photos are so lovely..... Pray that mine turns out well too..

In Gowns & Suits

 

We had our wedding photoshoot last Friday! =)

We arrived at GHA at 10am, and Helen, my bridal coordinator & MUA, started to doll me up. Hehee

$39.91 for a pair of silver crystal heels.

Went TAKA to shop for heels last Thurs.

Those that really blink cost $200-$400!! Indeed they are really lovely, but I can't bear to buy such expensive one. =( Not really worth it. I would only be wearing it for at most 3 times? Once during final fitting, once during photoshoot and once during  actual wedding day. Or probably a few more times during some special events. ?!?

So i settled on a $99 one. After the 10% discount and $50 voucher (that we won during Wii Bowling), we got a silver heels with some shiny crystals at $39.91. Hehe, it's really a good buy. So happy !!

Lalalaaa, one more item off our list... =P

Dear Dear bought 2 pairs of shoes yesterday! one black & the other off white. Am really wondering why guys shoes are so EX, I can probably get at least 5 to 7 pairs of heels!!!

Anyway, am looking forward to getting mine. shopping around for a blink blink one... =D

2nd Fitting

=D, another item down: had finalised on which gowns and suits for photoshoot.
Satisfied, pleased & excited over our choices. hehe.
Coming up next, would be photoshoot locations, shopping for shoes & 3rd Fitting.

Hmmm, really need to slim down and tone up my body a bit !!!
... just had lots of lots of irresistible durians.=(
