Emma turned 1 year old!

Here's come our little toddler!!!

Emma turned 11 months!

Statistics: Emma has almost tripled her weight since birth and weighed 8kg. We aren't too sure about her height but she is certainly taller. She could reach things that we "hide" at the far end of the TV console and sofa.

Emma turned 10 months old!

10 fabulous months have past and we are less than 2 months away from Emma's first birthday! She is growing up so fast that it is hard to imagine that she was small and helpless some months ago. She is now crawling all over the place, pulling herself to stand and sitting up/down whenever she like. She laughs, blabbers, waves, claps and shake her head. She never fails to surprise us with her new milestones and skills.

 

 

Emma turned 9 months old!

Hi Everyone! My name is Emmalyn Ng and I just turned 9 months old :) I love to be on my tummy and it's getting harder for mummy to take nice photos of me lying on my back. And so, it's time to take some standing shots!

 

Emma turned 8 months old

Each month has its challenges and Emma was down for 3+ weeks since she turned 7 months old. It was a pain to see her so uncomfortable and sick. Other than her passing runny nose at 6th month, this was the first time she fell really sick. In comparison to hubby, I was more worried, anxious and paranoid. He was so calm and composed, and I believe we certainly made a good match. :) We are really glad that she has recovered and hopefully a little stronger than before.

Emma turned 6 months old!

Time flies and Emma has turned 6 months old last week. I kept looking back at her younger photos and am having lots of mixed feelings. Is it just me? I miss how small and delicate she used to be, miss the joy of witnessing her hitting the simple milestones like lifting her head. As the days went by, I'm worried that I would forget these sweet moments. Yet, I find joy at this very present moment as she has become so much bigger (still growing) and interactive. I'm so excited to watch her grow day by day. Even though time is running tight, I'm really glad that to journal these.

Emma turned 5 months old!

Statistics: Emma didn't gain much weight for the past month. I guess she is much more active now and thus her slower weight gain. She is around 6.3kg at her 5th month and measured 64cm at her previous check up on 28 Dec. She is still on medium size diapers.

Emma turned 4 months old!

Statistics: Emma is around 6kg now. She measured 61.5cm at her previous check up on 20 Nov.  I guess she is much taller now. She was on 50 percentile for her weight and 75 percentile for her height, hopefully she will be taller than me. hehe. She is still on medium size diapers - we are now using pampers as Huggies tends to leak. Her head circumference has also increased so her face is looking more oval than pointy!

Indeed, time past really fast when you have a baby! Emma has grown and developed so much over the past 2 months.
